Located on 60 acres in northwest Topeka, KS, the Kansas Juvenile Correctional Complex (KJCC) is the state’s only correctional facility for males and females who are adjudicated by the court as juvenile offenders and committed for a period of time to the facility. KJCC works with youth ages 10 – 22.5 who are adjudicated of offenses that would be considered a felony if committed by an adult. The KJCC staff are committed to providing a safe environment where young men and women have the opportunity to participate in programs and treatment to improve future life decisions and prepare them for return to the community.
